Given the chosen predictor variables, it seems as those who experience the selected predictor variables (e.g., swollen lymph nodes) had slightly lower or similar mean body temperatures. Those with myalgia and subjective fever had higher body temperatures. Thus, for this exercise, I will select subjective temperature as a predictor variable for body temperature.
